I don't really have recipes, I just put stuff in and cook it. LOL. I use it to fix my french fries oil free. I use it to fix almost anything that you usually fry. I especially like to fix chicken in it. I keep the Pam sprays handy, I will spray frozen boneless skinless chicken tenders with olive oil spray and put it in there and cook until done. It should come with a recipe book, just know that you will usually have to adjust times to your preference and I usually will turn over pieces of meat so they will brown good on both sides. Don't be afraid to experiment with it. It's a lot better than deep frying because you eliminate all the oil.

I have a FlavorWave which is pretty much the same thing. I have had one of one brand or another for about 20 years. I can't live without it.

Anyone on here have a Nuwave oven?
