stir-fry while still frozen or add some stew beef, potatoes, a large onion cut in 8ths, a can of mushroom soup, 1 can of water, and a pack of dried french onion soup mix. Will taste good on one of these cool evenings.

A side of baked apples with butter and cinnamon and another of grated coleslaw with cathead biscuits for sopping will have everyone coming back for more.

No problem- a mixture of zucchini, squash, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots. These are large pieces, not just bits and pieces.

I am going through my freezer to make room for the once a month cooking and I came across a large bag of Normandy veggies. I am looking for a creative, tried and true recipe for them. I had thought possibly of serving them over rice w/ chicken. Any other suggestions?
