no bake cookies

If you want your cookies to be molded, instead of dropping onto wax paper, spoon into lids and rings made for canning jars. Turn the lid rubber side down in the ring and spray lightly with non-stick spray. Spoon hot cookie mixture into the ring and allow to cool enough to set, but while still a little warm turn them over and use the lid to pop them out of the ring. If you wait until they're completely cool, the ridges around the inside of the ring can be a small problem.

Peanut Butter Dandies
These are simple and fun to make.
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. peanut butter
3/4 c. powdered milk
3/4 c. rice crispes or coco crispes.
1. Mix all of the ingredients together until well-blended.
2. Shape as desired. Be creative! Shapes, letters of the
alphabet, etc.
3. Stir in additional treats for variation: minced
dates, nuts, coconut (watch for allergies), etc.

EASY AND WONDERFUL NO BAKE COOKIES
2 cups white sugar
4 teaspoons cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 3/4 cup quick oats
1 cup coconut
In a medium size saucepan combine sugar,
cocoa, milk and one
stick of butter. It's best for butter to be at room
temperature.
Melt butter at medium heat and stir all ingredients together.
Continue to stir until all ingredients come to a boil.
Once boiling, remove from heat and allow to stand for one
minute.
Add vanilla and peanut butter and mix well. Stir in oats and
coconut.
Put a large sheet of aluminum foil or wax paper out on the
counter and place little scoops of your new treat on it. Serve
while still warm or at room temperature.
Enjoy!
