Here is a recipe from my mother - it is the best I have ever tasted. Hope you enjoy!!
NO BAKE COOKIES (INDIAN BOIL COOKIES)
2 Tbsp. Coco (I use heaping)
2 C. Granulated Sugar
1/2 C. Can Milk
1 Stick of Margarine
Boil the above for 2 mins after it comes to a hard boil that cannot be stirred down. If it is high humidity, I boil for about 1 more minute. Take off the heat and stir in:
1/2 C. Peanut Butter (I find that Jif is the best)
2 C. Quick Oatmeal - the 1 minute type
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Mix till all blended. Let sit in the pan for about 15 minutes. Then spoon using a teaspoon onto wax paper. Let firm and remove.
Enjoy!!!!
