Cheesy Potato Pie
3 medium Potatoes
1 lb ground beef
1cup of Sheddard Cheese
2 tsp A-1 Steak Sauce

Peel potatoes and cook like you would mash potatoes. set aside, Than brown ground beef and add steak sauce Take a casserole dish layer the dish with brown beef, mix potatoes and cheese together and put on top of the brown beef.
Heat oven to 350o and cook for 25 mintues.
this is a great 1dish .(My daughter even like this and she is a picky eater.

Cowboy Casserole
1/2 pound bacon
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 (15 ounce) cans baked beans with pork
1/3 cup barbeque sauce
1 Can refrigerated biscuits
Cook bacon in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat until evenly browned.
Drain, and cut into bite size pieces.
Set aside.
Add hamburger and onion to the skillet,
and cook until no longer pink, and the onion is tender.
Drain. Stir bacon, baked beans and barbeque sauce into the ground beef, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium low, and place biscuits in a single layer over the top of the mixture.
Cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the biscuits are done.
Place two biscuits on each plate, and spoon beans over.

Cook just a little over a half box of rotini pasta. While it's boiling, thaw already cooked frozen meatballs in the microwave. They have some good ones at Save A Lot at a very reasonable price. Drain pasta and put back into pot. Add meatballs and a jar of spaghetti sauce. Also if you like some minced garlic. Mix all this together and pour into a 2 1/2 quart casserole bowl. It's a good idea to spray the bowl with non-stick spray first. Makes clean up easier. Spread shredded mozerella cheese liberally over the top and put in oven pre-heated to 350 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. Serve with a garden salad and garlic toast. Invite me over for dinner.

My mom used to make this really good breakfast casserole. You take 2 rolls of sausage and fry it, then get a casserole dish 6 eggs, bread, and shredded cheese. At the bottom start with the bread and just layer the sausage, bread, and cheese. When you have filled up the dish beat the eggs and pour them over evenly. Let sit in the fridge overnight and in the morning bake on 350 until all forms together (about 20-30 min). It may sound crazy but it is actually really good!
