Would like some good ol' Wilkes County Recipes like...Beef stew, chicken dumplings, steak and gravy, or anything else. I am not a good cook, so please make the recipes specific. I have tried to learn from my mother-in-law, but she doesn't measure, just goes by how it looks. I can't do that. I am a busy mom and prefer not to cook for 2-3 hours every night. If you could make it ahead that would be great!
