Tuna Burgers.....my whole family loves them and is the only way they will eat tuna. As you can see, I don't measure anything, just add the ingredients to my taste.

1 can of tuna, drained

minced onion, about 3 T

shredded cheese, about 5 slices

mayo, about 1/2 cup

Mix all together and spread on light bread or hamburger bun halves. Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown and bubbly. YUMMY!

I left out the main thing that will make almost any tuna edible and that is a big slice of onion.

A rat can smell tuna over a mile away and will chew through 3 feet of reinforced concrete to get at it. I won't go into details but tuna don't have toes.

If it's the good light colored chunky tuna as opposed to the nasty stringy dark kind, I like to drain it, then put some Duke's mayo, black pepper and dill pickle, chill it for a while and eat it with saltine crackers. No pasta, no noodles, no cheese, no bread.

Tuna is good. Lots of Omega-3 fatty acids. My pet cat loves the stuff. If you are over 40, I suggest eating a lot of tuna or any kind of fish for that matter.

A lot depends on the tuna. If it is no better than what I have bought recently, I would go with Yugo's idea.

tuna patties-make like meat loaf and mash into cakes to fry or make into balls and bake in oven.

Bread crumbs-chopped onion-parsly-eggs or make like crab cakes using a crab cake recipe.
