Hey Cute try this - It's like a Mexican Cheese Dip -
1 lb Velveeta Cheese cubed and melted in sauce pot Brown 1 lb hamburger
Mix cooked Hamburger into melted Velveeta Cheese and add one large bottle of Hot or Mild Salsa, serve with Tostidas.
Also you could make those little ham rolls (can't think of what their really called) you use the rolls in the tin-foil pan, cut them in half and spread each side with mustard and layer thin sliced ham and swiss cheese, and then theirs a mixture you pour on top - that's where I'm lost...mabye someone on here can finish the reciepe...Have FUN at your party!!!

This is one of my favorites You will need: 2 packages cream cheese 1 package pepperoni, 1/2 green pepper finely chopped, 1 med. onion finely chopped Chop up the pepperoni into small pieces, add to softened cream cheese, add onions and peppers and mix thoroughly. Mold into a ball and refridgerate. This is really good with crackers. :D

This is the one I use...it is usually a big hit 24ozs of cream cheese 1 can dried beef wash and chop in little squares 1 small-medium onion chopped fine 2 tbs of worceshire sauce 1 tbs of accent mix together...you can add a little more worceshire sauce or a little more accent to taste but be careful you don't want to get it too salty. I also try to use the whipped cream cheese, it makes it creamier but it is usually a litle more expensive! Hope you enjoy!

We like this one ,you can add pepper flakes for a little heat if you like.
Cheese and Dried Beef Log INGREDIENTS: 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, room temperature 3 ounces cream cheese with chives, room temperature 1/4 cup dry white wine 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish(optinal) 1/2 cup chopped dried beef PREPARATION: In mixing bowl combine Cheddar and cream cheese, wine, horseradish. Beat with a hand-held electric mixer until well blended. Cover; chill for 2 hours. Shape cheese mixture into a log about 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter. Roll log in the finely chopped beef. Wrap log in clear plastic wrap; refrigerate until serving time. Serve with assorted crackers. Store dried beef cheese log or ball tightly covered in the refrigerator We roll into log and slice into bite size pieces.
