Last time I made muscadine jelly I used the reduced sugar sure gel and just followed the grape recipe. The only thing, you have to split the skins with a knife because they don't split as good as other grape hulls. I made jam, not jelly but it was the best!

anyone got a good muscadine jelly recipe??? or muscadine wine??
