Mulberry Jelly

I've made lots of jams, jellies and marmalades...as I'm sure most of us has....I'd make a jam out of them myself...process them in a food processor first...peels and all. Then follow a regular recipe for a jam...but...add the sugar by the cup and stir and taste till you reach the desired sweetness...now you may have to simmer it a little longer as you know the sugar helps to set the jam...just watch closely stirring frequently.

good luck

Has anyone heard of Russian Mulberries? I have a friend who brought us some and they are delicious. I was wondering if anyone could suggest how to make jelly with them? They are sweeter than an usual mulberry. Just wondering how much sugar to use. I have googled them, but the only receipes I get are for regular mulberries.
