Bahama Mama
1/4 fluid ounce coffee-flavored liqueur
1/2 fluid ounce dark rum
1/2 fluid ounce coconut liqueur
1/4 fluid ounce 151 proof rum
1/2 lemon, juiced
4 fluid ounces pineapple juice
1 maraschino cherry
In a mixing glass combine coffee liqueur, dark rum, coconut liqueur,
151 rum, lemon juice and pineapple juice.
Pour over ice into a tall glass and garnish with a cherry.
Pirate's Last Call
4 maraschino cherries
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger rum (dark or light)
1 cup ice cubes
1 cup cherry vanilla carbonated cola
Place the cherries and sugar in the bottom of a 12 ounce glass,
and mash with a spoon or muddler.
Add the rum and ice.
Pour in the soda, stir, and serve.
Summer Splash
1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger citron vodka
2 fluid ounces pink lemonade
1/4 fluid ounce lime juice
1/2 fluid ounce cranberry juice
1 lime, sliced
Rub rim of c*cktail glass with a slice fresh lime and drop lime into glass.
In a c*cktail shaker full of ice combine vodka, lemonade, a splash of lime juice and a splash of cranberry juice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and pour into c*cktail glass.
New Orleans Hurricane
1/2 cup ice
2 fluid ounces light rum
2 fluid ounces passion fruit flavored syrup
1 cup lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 ounce lime juice
1 fluid ounce 151 proof rum
In a shaker, combine ice, light rum, passion fruit syrup,
lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage and lime juice.
Shake well and pour mixture into a Hurricane or other large specialty glass.
Float the 151 proof rum on top of the drink.
