A pastry bag works too! Just use the star or circle tip, press out a long strand and cut into desired lengths.

you can roll it into balls and flatten them into circles or, my preference, put it in rubber molds that are dusted with sugar and pop them back out all shaped and ready to eat

What do you do once you mix it up? Spread it and cut it out once its set?

1 c. 10x (confectioners sugar)

1 oz. cream cheese

add a few drops of flavor of choice

use paste foods dyes to color not liquid ones or the mix will be too thin

my mom always made these for friends weddings

she usually made a large batch, but the ratio of 1 cup to 1 ounce stays the same.

does anyone know how to make the soft buttercream mints. I think this is what they are. They are so good and I would love to make some. Thanks in advance!
