I remember having this at Rosa's and it was wonderful!!! I've made it at home and it turned pretty good.

I'm sorry I don't know how to make this Mexican Chicken. But I would love to know how to make Chili Verde's Chicken Chimichangas.

I loved the Mexican Chicken dish served at the former Rosa's--now Chilli Verde Restaurant. Does anyone know how to make this dish taste like the restaurant recipe? Would love to make this myself if it would taste as good as the restaurant recipe!
