In my opinion it is yummy.

Sounds like a hamburger pie that I use to make,,,yum yum

I came up with this recipe last night and fixed it for my family.

1 lb ground beef
handful of shredded carrots
1 can of manwich sauce
2 5 oz cans of evaporated milk
Instant Potatoes
couple of handfuls of mozzerella cheese (divided)
couple handfuls of cheddar cheese (divided)

Brown the hamburger meat, while hamburger meat is browning, place pot of water on stove with seasonings ( I used margarine, salt to taste, garlic powder) to a boil. Drain ground beef, place beef back in skillet, add carrots and manwich sauce, simmer. Remove boiling water from stove, add evaporated milk, add potatoes to the consistency that you like, season with black pepper.
In a 9 x 9 casserole dish, spray bottom of dish with an oil spray. Layer as follow...1/2 of the potatoes in bottom of dish, a handful of mozzerella and cheddar cheese, manwich meat mixture, rest of the potatoes on top of meat mixture, handful of mozzerella and cheddar cheese on top of potatoes. Sprinkle paprika on top. Place in a 350 degree oven to brown and melt the cheese.
