I have a wonderful macaroni salad recipe, but you have to do a lot by taste and site because I don't know the measurements, I've been making it too long.... It's delicious though, I've never met anyone who didn't like it.
Take 1 package of cooked macaroni and put it in a medium mixing bowl, add about 2 tablespoons of mayo.. just until it blends really well. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard or if you have a squeeze bottle, just zigzag all across the top. If you like a sharper taste, add a bit more. Add in a chopped tomato, cucumber, 2 stalks of celery and about 1/2 a jar of pickle relish and 3-4 diced boiled eggs. The most important ingredients are lemon pepper and paprika. After everything else is in, sprinkle all over the top. Lots of both.. You can do it and then stir and taste and see if you'd like more.
The recipe is a little complicated since I don't have measurements, but it's delicious.

I use a mixture of mustard, mayo and sugar. I use cucumbers, green peppers and the block sharp cheddar cheese, cut into small squares. Then I salt and pepper it all. I have to let it sit in the fridge for awhile for I let anyone eat it.
