I make it the same way except I cube some sharp cheddar cheese and add to it

Haircut,

That is how I make macaroni salad I make it similar. I substiute mayo with ranch dressing.

HELLO WHEN I MAKE MACARONI SALAD I TAKE ELBOW MACRONI EVER HOW MUCH U NEED, COOK IT, DRAIN IT AND THEN RUN COLD WATER OVER IT TILL THE MAC GETS CHILLED, THEN I CUT UP A TOMATO, CUCUMBER, GREEN PEPPER AND ONION AND MIX WITH EITHER MAYO OR MIRCLE WHIP, THATS IT

Anyone willing to share a recipe.....We are having a dinner and work and my friend signed up for this...but has no idea how to make it...lol
