LOL, don't know what I'm doing, meant to say apx. 8 eggs.

I use basically the same recipe as happy, except my family does not like tomatoes or cukes in it. I always chop about 1 cup celery to add to it & add just enough mayo to hold it together... can't stand those soupy macaroni salads on salad bars. I also use more eggs (apx.8) for 1 box of macaroni. Happy cooking!

I like to add a few sliced or chopped green olives.

I put tuna and carrots in mine.

Prepare 1 box of macaroni
boil and dice 4 eggs
dice a large tomato
dice a small onion
dice a cucumber
add salt, pepper and mayonnaise to your taste
if you like you can also use celery, green pepper, or basically any veggie that you like!
