Spades, thanks to Whitehawk, I made this very same recipe recently, and it is really good. The second time I made it, I added a can of tuna...and again, it was the best.

Spades asked about this on the CV page. I'm posting on both sites.

Spades: I'm putting this on receipe exchange and here for you. Very good. Add some diced shrimp, crab, or lobster to make a good seafood macaroni salad.

2 C uncooked macaroni (add to boiling water and cook 10-12 minutes until just past al dente stage. Drain)

1 C finely diced celery

1 C shredded mild cheddar cheese

3/4 C Mt Olive chopped, sweet pickled relish

1/4 C chopped sweet onions

4 chopped, boiled eggs

1/2 C Dukes mayonnaise

1/2 C diced sweet pepper

2 Tbsp diced pimentos

Salt and pepper to taste

1 Tbsp or more to taste, French's yellow mustard

Mix together well. Increase mayonnaise for more moisture to your taste.
