now now grimey, pick up a box of hamburger helper cheesburger macaroni, its simple and easy and lasts a couple of days for one living alone.

add a can of chili beans to that mac and cheese and you will have chili cheese mac.

you know me grimey, if its simple i know how to do it---LOL

I make a little tuna/mac salad to eat on crackers, it's a quick snack.
Make the mac and cheese as directed on the box (I use the mini shells). In a medium bowl, dump a drained large can of tuna (the kind in water). Plop out several gigantic spoons of mayo, drizzle a good amount of mustard in, then stir. Finely chop about 1/4 to 1/2 cup onion, depending on what you like and add. Add the mac&cheese and stir it all up. Salt and Pepper to taste. Refridgerate for a while, then eat with Triscuit Thin Crisps Original for yumminess.

now renee that sounds simple enough. i had not thought of velveeta for anything but cheese toast and grilled cheese sandwiches. when i get hungry i need it then because by the time i finish cooking much i have lost my appetite and feed it to the dogs or chickens.
thanks

Have you tried different mac and cheese? I like to boil macaroni noodles and add velvetta cheese and a little butter. This is much better than the box. Just an idea.

it sucks but that is all us gays can get at the store. lol i haven't passed the gay guy cooking exam to get my card yet but i am working to retake it. lol

i guess it is a list of spam and wienies and broccoli in it from now on. sounds good. after my surgery to remove tumors in my jaw two years ago it is amazing how good the awful tastes and how awful the good tastes and the only thing i can smell is mayonnaise.

add to box mac./cheese.
more cheese (two slices of velveta or cheddar)
cream milk makes it more richer in flavor.
Add little hilshire smokies and canned diced tomatoes. or diced lite spam.
Taste pretty good. The smokies or spam is better if fried using a little pam of olive oil.
Pretty good, easy to make.

I chop up hot dogs and put in some time for a quick meal. I would add some extra grated cheese to it to give it a little more flavoring. Boxed mac and cheese sucks

Anything you can do to flavor boxed mac and cheese? Just fixing something quick and easy for me and the pup for T-day and tired of just the cheese sauce. Have tried adding chilies, green pepper, bacon bits, sausage, salsa, and tomatoes. I live alone and just cook only if it is very simple and quick so I don't have a big mess for one. For some reason, cooking for one, means it better be quick or I lose my appetite when I see the mess I have to clean up.
