1 g of carbs and lots of flavor.
Grilled Marinated Pork Tenderloin 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced 1 tablespoon oregano, minced 2 pork tenderloins, about 1-1/4 pound total In a medium bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar and the garlic. Add the olive oil slowly while whisking to fully combine. Add the rosemary and oregano and whisk for another minute. Place the pork tenderloins in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Turn the tenderloins periodically to allow the marinade to soak in. Preheat a grill or oven broiler to medium heat. Place the tenderloins on the grill and discard the marinade. Turn the tenderloins periodically to cook fully. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the tenderloins reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees F. Allow the meat to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. Do you have a grill grimey? If so, there's no way in the world to beat grilled chicken! My husband and I just add a little season-all and a tad of garlic powder to our chicken and just grill it. Towards the end of grilling, throw on some chunks of green pepper, rings of onion, and some mushrooms... get those tender and you have a great healthy meal!

If you have access, there is a show on FITtv hosted by a fellow named Blaine that cooks only low/no carb meals as an effort to lose weight. It is amazing to see some of the older repeats and then see how slim he is in the new episodes.
btw, a tip from Blaine, pork rinds ground in a food processor are a no carb substitute for bread crumbs. Works quite well I might add.

I am back on the "Eat your blood type diet" to boost my immune system back up. It usually works better than immuno boosting meds/shots after treatments. As an O positive blood type, it is just the Atkins diet because I need more meat in my diet. What are good ideas for baking a turkey breast, ham, and chicken? I would like no flour, breading, or many vegetables to stick closer to my framework. I am trying to boost before my round of treatments this time and see if it decreases my recovery time. Thanks
