Sit a pineapple in the center of a large tray. Surround with fresh fruits. Suggestions: Unpealed pineapple slices quartered. Grapes, Watermelon balls. cantelope squares, Honey dew melon triangle bites, Strawberries, Kiwi slices, Have tooth picks in plain view to pick up fruit bites. This is a beautiful arrangement as well as refreshing, healthy and diet friendly.

Chicken salad bites. Make or buy a good quality chicken salad. I just Mix chunked white chicken, celery, walnuts, fresh apple (chopped into small bites), dried cranberries and fresh grapes, with miracle whip. & put a spoon full on top of pre baked mini pastry shells.

Ingredients * 1 cup butter, softened * 3 tablespoons poppy seeds (plus some to sprinkle on top of rolls) * 1 onion, grated * 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce * 2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard * 2 (12 ounce) packages white party rolls * 1/2 pound chopped cooked ham * 5 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. In a medium bowl, mix together butter, poppy seeds, onion, Worcestershire sauce and prepared Dijon-style mustard. 3. Slice rolls in half horizontally and set aside tops. Spread bottoms with the butter mixture. Top with ham and Swiss cheese. Lightly butter the tops & sprinkle with extra poppy seeds. Replace tops. 4. Arrange rolls in a single layer in a medium baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 12 minutes, until rolls are lightly browned and cheese is melted.

does anyone know how to fix the little ham and cheese sandwiches with the poppy seeds, i think it has mustard on it?

You can get big cans of white chicken at Sam's, make chicken salad and go to the Bunny bread store and get the brown loaves of bread like they have at Outback Steakhouse, Slice and put chicken salad on each slice. You could also put pimento cheese or egg salad on them.

sausage balls, cheeseball with crackers, meat and cheese tray, go to the tyson chicken store and buy some chicken bbq and serve it with dinner rolls..

*chips & dip *fruit and/or veg tray *the little ham & cheese sandwiches with the poppyseeds *cream puffs & mini eclairs (frozen at the grocery store) *little smokies in the crockpot (made w/ grape jelly)
i would also check at Sam's Club or Costco and see what frozen goodies you can buy
