I sometimes rub it with olive oil, squeeze some lemon juice & add some chopped garlic bake it and then add those herb potatoes from green giant along with some broccoli and it is really good.

Or you could stuff it, filet it until flat and then just stuff with whatever kind of stuffing you like, roll it back up and bake

Well if you want to bake it....you can put it in baking bag and add potatoes and baby carrots and zesty italian dressing. Be sure to add some salt to the pork loin and potatoes and you can put a little butter because everything taste better with butter:) bake on 375.

Another way to bake it is pure maple syrup. OMG....it is so good. (Really good with beef ribs too.) Let it set in the maple syrup no less than 4 hours. We usually do it over night. You can slice it and let the syrup seep down in the meat.

My husband likes to grill a whole pork loin on the grill with a dry rub. Salt, pepper, red pepper and any other seasoning you prefer. When it's almost done he will start basting it with butter. Or sometimes he grills it with homemade bbq sauce, vinger base.
