I have the BEST recipe for this:
1 London Broil 1 Bottle of Dale's Sauce 1-2 Cloves FRESH Garlic
Put the london broil in the crockpot after washing it off with water. Pour Dale's Sauce over it and top with the Garlic.
Cook on Slow for 8-9 hours. (This works great if you work from 8-5 like I do!)
I serve this with mashed potatoes, corn, and biscuits. It's a favorite at my house!

London Broil is tough unless you cook it in a crockpot. First brown it in a skillet and place in a crockpot with about 1/2 cup water, a couple slices of onion on top, and salt and pepper. Cook on high to start and after a few minutes turn down to simmer. After two hours Iadd 2 inch sliced carrots into the broth and top with sliced potatoes and salt/pepper again. Turn heat back up to high and adjust back down some after a few minutes as needed. Cook 1 more hour or so until potatoes are tender. I sometimes add a little cabbage too, and garlic powder is an option. I like to save about a quarter of the roast and the broth to make a quick vegetable soup with. The roast and broth freezes well in a plastic bag for later. I can give the soup recipe later if anyone wants it.

LONDON BROIL
2 tsp. olive oil 1 garlic clove 2 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. salt
Mix above ingredients together. Rub on both sides of London Broil. Then wrap in foil and let meat marinate for at least 2 hours (the longer, the better). Then broil in oven or cook on grill until done to your taste.

most folks will grill it...I don't care for it that way because it seems to be a rather tuff cut of meat...I suppose it would be more tender if grilled and then sliced very thin. Or marinated in some type of acidic solution to tenderize before grilling...the easiet way seems to be to roast it in the oven as previously suggested.
