Rub meat with lemon pepper, a little olive oil, and some Unseasoned tenderizer. Wrap in plastic and let marinate in the fridge overnight. Grill until desired doneness! After slicing on diagonal - drizzle with a warm sauce made from 2T Wors sauce, 1 clove minced garlic, 1tsp lemon pepper, 1 stick melted butter.

Marinate overnight in Italian dressing, then broil or grill til done to preference.
