I use flour and water and roll it out real thin. I use dried apples and after they are cooked-I add cinnamon, sugar, vanilla flavoring, apple pie spice. I fry these in crisco, and then put pats of butter on them and bake in oven. hope this is helpful

do you mean fried apple pies if so

1 can of buttermilk biscuits
1 jar of apple butter or cooked apples
butter

Roll out the biscuits, spoon the apple butter on one side then fold over to close. Run a fork around the side to sill it. Then fry in anough butter to come half way up the sides of the pie. Takes about 2 minutes on each side or until light brown.

If you want to use cooked apples

2 cups apples (sliced)
1 teaspoon cinnimon
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon sugar
water
1/2 cup heavy cream

Put anough water to come about 1/3 the way up on the apples. Add the butter, sugar, and cinnimon. Cook on medium heat until tender then just before you take them off the heat add the cream. Eat them just like that or use them for your pies.
