I don't like it cold either, Bushman, but I sure am glad that someone invented the microwave! Of course, some people don't eat leftovers.

Makes a great addition to a green salad; also, can be used in a good mac and cheese receipe or in the Kraft Original Receipe kit. Just use condensed milk instead of regular milk---and remove the skin.
Another trick is to remove skin and coating, debone and chop roughly and add to cream gravy. Also a great addition, along with onions and celery, to dried dressing mix. I like the cornbread mix or homemade cornbread dressing.

I love to debone it and use it either in a chicken pot pie or a chicken casserole.

I hate cold chicken. Just can't eat it once it has cooled off.

There is nothing any better than a cold fried chicken sandwich. Just a little mayo, home grown tomato and a little salt and pepper.
But you need to take it off of the bone. LOL

Take off the skin and tear meat up and make chicken salad, mix with rice or noodles or make chicken tacos. Just mix a little taco seasoning with it and make tacos or burritos Don't use to much seasoning, will be extra salty.
