Yes, jelly is fickle. You only get one chance to get it right. I've never had the reprocessing process work.
Then again, it could be the driver's fault

the same thing happened to me last year. I redone it and it still did not set. I have been using it as pancake syrup.

you can open it, reboil, and can again....check online about reprocessing jelly that did not thicken properly. Also as asked by coleman...how much suregel did you use and did you use it exactly as directed?

i fixed some apple jelly 3 days ago it sealed but it is not setting. is there any thing i can do
