I don't know how you could have gone wrong with the sure jel recipe....

the trick is to have enough sugar...and cook it long enough for it to set in the jars...

better luck next time!

This is the first year my plum trees have produced. I need a recipe for plum jelly. I've already tried the "sur jel" waisted plums. p.m. with your recipe if it works we will share.
