Shrimp sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons white sugar
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/8 teaspoon garlic powder
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, white sugar, rice vinegar
melted butter, paprika and garlic powder.
Mix well, cover and refrigerate
Shrimp Sauce

2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic juice
3/4 teaspoon ketchup
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
(be easy on the white pepper. if you overdo it, that will ruin the whole thing).

I can't tell you how to make it, but I know that Kotos sells theirs for less than $4 a quart. It keeps in the refrigerator for a long time. Call them to make sure of their price, but it was really cheap the last time I bought some.
