Homemade Ice Cream Pineapple 1 can crushed pineapple(16 to 20 oz) 2 1/4 cups sugar or splenda 1 pint half and half 1/2 pint whipping cream whole milk to fill container stir well to dissolve sugar, test taste for sweetness, put in freezer and follow directions in ice crem maker
Strawberry: 2 to 3 cups crushed sweetened berries( adj sugar to 2 cups or to taste Vanilla: 1 to 2 tsp Vanilla flavoring Peach: 2 to 3 cups mashed sweetened Peaches(try adding dash of vanilla flavoring)
Homemade Ice Cream 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 large can evaporated milk 1/4 tsp salt 2 Tbsp vanilla extract Fruit (add here if desired) Break and beat eggs well in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, beating well. Pourmixture into freezer can and continue adding milk or hi-protein 2% milk, as desired, unti lmixture is 2 to 4 inches from the top of the freezer can. Mix throughly. Freeze !! Hint: If freezer stops or hangs, add about 1/2 cup or so of water to aid in thawing, enoughso it begins to turn freely. *About 4 cups of sweetened fresh fruit (your choice) may be added and mixed in prior to adding the regular milk.

Homemade Butterfinger Ice Cream 1 Cup Sugar 1 Regular Container Cool Whip 1 Can Sweet Condensed Milk 5 Butterfinger Bars, crushed Mix these ingredients in your ice cream maker bucket. Finish filling to the "fill line" with milk. This is the best homemade ice cream I have ever eaten.
also you may substitute 1 can Eagle Brand Milk instead of the half&half & the whipping cream
