Pop-Tart I've used that recipe for years! We called it cuppa cuppa cuppa.

This is a really good, quick cobbler - especially when made with blackberries (frozen ones work just fine.) A little drizzle of real cream on top or, in a pinch, some really good vanilla ice cream served on the hot cobbler really adds to the festivities. If you use apples or peaches then add a sprinkle of cinnamon or apple pie spice to the mixture and it will be better than Mother thought she could bake.

(We called these cobblers "Sonkers" when we were kids. Wonder if anyone else did. Understand the term came from the Pennsylvania Dutch area.

My granny called that recipe the 5 cup cobbler.

1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup fruit
1 stick butter
Mix first three ingredients well and pour into casserole then add fruit evenly over the top. Melt and pour butter over it all and bake.
When I use peaches I will sometimes do half a cup of white sugar and half a cup of brown sugar.

Does anyone have the recipe for easy cobler? I had it before and I have misplaced it. I appreciate it.
