I made the Coconut Cream Pies tonight and they were DELICIOUS!!! Mine seemed runny at first, but after I chilled them in the fridge for a while they were just perfect. I saved some of the coolwhip to put on the top and sprinkled with a little of the leftover coconut. YOU COULD NOT TELL THESE WERE SUGAR FREE!!!

About the Coconut Cream Pies. Do you put all of that cool whip into the pudding mixture, or do you save some to put on top?

I have a much loved family member who is diabetic. I am looking for delicious sugar free desert recipes to take to family gatherings that the whole family will love. She already makes the best banana pudding, but I would like to have something new for her. Any ideas?
