How to make cranberry sauce edible

First and most importantly, DO NOT BUY cheaper store brand cranberries. Second...Chill well before serving.

But really, it is so easy to do fresh cranberries. We always buy several bags of fresh berries and put them straight into the freezer. Don't open, don't wash until ready to cook. Some like a cup of orange juice with pulp added as a substitute for 1 cup of water. Pecans, if toasted first, are a good addition and won't make your cranberries go bad so quickly.
