Don't forget to cut a slit in it so it will fry evenly on both sides.

For a true gourmet treat, fry bologna until blackened on each side. Top with a slice of cheese continue heating until cheese gets gooey.

2 slices of bread
1 slice of bologna
1 Spoon mustard or mayo or both
And 1 slice of cheese if you like.
