Thanks! I think I will add cooked apples to the menu as well. I love those, and it would make Christmas Eve breakfast even better!

Grits would be a nice touch, and maybe some cooked apples.

2 per person,2 eggs ,2 biscuits 2 slices bacon or 2 sausage ,1/2 cup gravy per person is about right.

I am not used to cooking but for two adults and two children. I will be fixing breakfast for 11 people and I am not sure how much I need to fix. Two of the 11 people are children. (5 and 3) How many biscuts do I need to make? How much packs of bacon, livermush, and country ham? How many eggs? How much gravy? Is there anything else I should fix, or shouldnt fix?
