If the turkey is frozen my dad will put it in the oven the night before and cook it all night on 200. Dad takes a paper bag and soaks it with butter and sticks the turkey inside the bag. The brownest, prettiest, and moistest turkey in these here parts. LOL Good luck.

I normally cook a 10 to 14 lb. turkey, and I cook mine between 2.5 and 3 hours. Just make sure it's totally thawed out before starting.

I cook every year, and I have to ask someone every year...how long and at what temp do you cook the turkey? I'm thinking 20 minutes per pound at 350, am I right??
