i made it for a restaurant. equal part margarine and texas pete. if u want it hotter then add less margarine. we would deep fry the wings without any batter drain on a paper towel until dry. then dip them in sauce put single layer on a pan and freeze/ all we had to do was defrost them when ordered.

For just a good simple buffalo sauce try using 2 parts franks hot sauce to 1 part sugar and add butter to taste, my original recipe is for 6 cups franks 3 cups sugar and 1 pound of butter so just break that down for your size batch. melt the butter in the microwave then add franks and sugar and pop back in microwave to dissolve and stir.

Hooters sauce from Lowes Foods. I have to go mild or else I get sores in the corners of my mouth from the heat...

When i make wings , it usually depends on what in the fridge.

Usually KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce and i add Texas Pete to make it hot. Equal portions and then add more Texas Pete as desired.

Once when I found no BBQ sauce in the fridge, i mixed some honey with straight Texas Pete and those were awesome as well

That reminds me , I haven't made wings in ages.

For the best store-bought wing sauce, grab a couple bottles of T.W. Garners Buffalo Wing Sauce
