Personnally, I prefer to do them in the oven on a broiler rack, so the grease cooks out. First dip them in hot sauce, (your chioce), I use Frank's mixed with one part olive oil to 3 parts hot sauce with added granulated garlic and butter buds to taste, bake at 425 for about 35 minutes, turning over about half way through. Turn oven to broil to crisp and brown about 5 minutes. I cook drumettes separately , since they take a little longer. Like them this way, not so tough or dried out and healthier too.

texas pete and franks with 2 drops of Blairs 3am sauce and you have some HOT HOT HOT wings

Frank's and Texas Pete both make a sauce specifically named "Buffalo Wing" sauce, and both are GREAT!! just follow the directions on the bottle (sauce+butter+chicken=YUM!!) makin me hungry just thinkin about it! haha

Go cheap and quick...Get the Hooters Hot Wing Sauce at Lowes Foods.
Quickest, easiest and as good as they are in the restaurant with having to look at all of the female stuff...

Revised sauce recipe
Buffalo Sauce1qt. Texas Pete or any other brand{Franks}1/2cup brown sugar or mollases or honey or some of all.1tbs whole thyme ,not powdered1tps chili pepper flakes1tps salt3 drops liquid smoke3tbs worcestershire sauce1/4 cup dried onion bits1tbs dried garlic1tbs black peppermix all in large pot ,slow boil for 15 minutescool ,pour back in bottles store in refrigerator

Bush's Buffalo Wings 5 pounds wings tips removed and seperated 4 qt heavy cook pot or electric deep fryer 3 qts cooking oil (peanut oil is best) Heat oil to 365º Add wings about 15 at a time ,don't over crowd pot with to many wings.Just cook more batches . Drain on wire rack and toss with sauce (recipe below) in a big bowl. Serve with celery stalks and Blue cheese dressing.
