We grill them instead of frying, makes them very good (and better for you, too!)

Chicken Wings In Teriyaki Sauce 3 pounds chicken wings (about 16 wings) 1 large onion, chopped 1 cup Teriyaki sauce 1 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons ground ginger 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup dry wine Rinse chicken wings; pat dry. Cut off and discard wing tips then cut each wing at the joint to make two sections. Sprinkle wing pieces with salt and pepper; place wings on an lightly oiled broiler pan. Broil about 4 inches from the heat for 10 minutes on each side, or until chicken wings are nicely browned. Transfer chicken wings to crockpot. In a bowl, combine chopped onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and wine. Pour sauce over chicken wings. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or on High 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Stir wings once about halfway through cooking. Serve directly from slow cooker, keeping temperature on LOW. Makes about 32 wing pieces. ... Hong Kong Honey Wings 3 pounds chicken wings 3/4 cup picante sauce 2/3 cup honey 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup Dijon mustard 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel additional picante sauce Cut off and discard wing tips; cut each wing in half at joint. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish. Combine picante sauce, honey soy sauce, mustard, oil, ginger and orange peel in small bowl; mix well. Pour over chicken wings. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 400F. Place chicken wings and sauce in single layer on foil-lined 15 x 10-inch jelly-roll pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with additional picante sauce. Garnish as desired.

anyone have a recipe for ginger and honey wings, and teriyaki wings?

Recipe is for 25 wings I forget to put that in the recipe. You can bake at a higher temp for a crisper skin on chicken too. Maybe 400 for 50 minutes total you be the judge.

Baked Honey BBQ Wings Sauce 1 1/4 cup ketchup 1/3 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup molasses 1/4 cup honey 1 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon chili powder Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove chicken to a shallow rack in baking dish or roasting pan. Bake wings, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Turn wings and bake 25 minutes longer, or until tender. Makes 6 to 8 appetizer servings.
