That's the recipe I use.
But, I use salsa in place of Ro-Tel. Try it!

Sounds like you may be looking for cheese dip. Velveeta Cheese Dip is really easy.

Ingredients:
1lb. Velveeta (Cut into 1 in. cubes)
1 can (10 oz.) Rotel

In a saucepan, combine ingredients; stir over low heat until cheese is melted.

Salsa is tomatos ,onions and peppers ,here is a quick recipe for salsa.
I don't know what you are talking about.

MEXICAN RESTAURANT SALSA
1 28-oz can of Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
10+- Pickled Jalapeno Rings and juice (Add more to increase heat)
10 or more leafs of cilantro
Food process everything. (or shove it all in a blender)
Check Hotness, and add more of what you want.
Done.
Note: chilling overnight, can increase intensity and heat

Any ideas for some good homemade salsa?? Prefer more cheese over the tomato thingy and not to spicey. Prefer something I can fix in a slow cooker or crock pot...Thanks!!
