Basic Pico de Gallo:

7-8 roma tomatoes OR 3-4 reg. tomatoes
small bunch of cilantro
1 large red onion
1 medium jalepeno
2 limes
salt

This recipe isn't really too precise, it's mostly about what tastes good to you. I really love this salsa because it's so fast (especially if you just toss everything into a food processer! just be sure not to puree the stuff!) and always tastes great. It makes a great tasting and healthy snack for my friends and I while we study or do homework. Try it on grilled chicken or fish!!! Mega yummo.

Rinse cilantro and pick off a couple cups of leaves. Give the leaves a quick run-through with your knife. Dice tomatoes (about 1 cm x 1 cm), do not discard pulp. Dice onion very fine. Depending on size of onion, or your preference, you may only need to use half or 2/3. Dice jalepeno. Be sure to remove the seeds if you don't like it too spicy! Mix vegetables in large bowl. Halve limes and squeeze juice over veggies; 1 1/2 should be fine. Salt to taste and enjoy!!

I have a good recipe for salsa! Everyone loves it!!! It is my own recipe.I have took it to parties with peple I don't know LOVE It.

1 (14.5oz) can diced tomatoes any kind with chiles or without.
2 green onions
pickled jalapenos or you may use fresh (your desired amount.)
1/8 tsp lime juice
1/3 -1/2 cup of cilantro just the leaves
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp salt

In a handy chopper add cilantro, jalapenos and onions.pulse it about 2-3 times. then add tomatoes, lime juice, salt and garlic powder. pulse 5 x. this really depends on you the way you like the consistency. chunky or not. you may use fresh tomatoes. use about
4 mediums sized ones and peel them. also if you use fresh peppers dont tocu your face until you wash your hands.

Also, salsa can be aged. Some people, like myself, perfer salsa that has been jarred for about half a year or more. This is what we do and we get a nice flavor. Also to make it better, try using fresh ingredients. It's not very hard, and it is very good. Be creative and experiment with the ingredients.

1 can Rotelle tomatoes and green chilies
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can chopped green chilies (more, if you like)
1 onion, finely chopped
garlic....fresh, chopped or dried (to taste)
1 Tbsp chili powder
2 tsp. ground ***in
cilantro to taste
2 Tbsp olive oil
In a large saucepan or deep skillet over med. low heat, saute the onions in oil until translucent. Add garlic, diced, if using fresh (don't let it burn).....If not, then add the Rotelle, diced tomatoes and herbs and spices. Cook on low heat until reduced by 1/4.
Can be served hot or cold and works well with anything you want to eat it with!
Remember.....everything should be to taste: As they heat, the flavors will change and marry and you don't want to over-do any 1 seasoning.
