THIS IS WONDERFUL!!!!

Paula Deen's Pimento Cheese

1/2 C. mayo
salt and pepper
1 (8oz) shredded white cheddar cheese (This comes in a block.)
1 (8oz) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 (4oz) jar of chopped pimientoes, with juice.
I found that another small jar of pimientoes drained makes it better

Mixed cheese together with pimientoes.
Stir in Mayonnaise. With a metal spoon (pimento witl stain plastic or wood) stir until the misture is well mixed. Add salt & pepper to taste and stir again. Keep covered in fridge until ready to use.

yes but you have to can the peppers during the fall after you grow them in my recipe. I guess you could buy jarred (spelling?) pimentos at the grocery store to make the recipe with though now that I think about it. Let me see if I can find it. It's awesome!!!

My mom always used Velveeta cheese, a jar of pimento's and juice...mix well, then add Miracle Whip Salad Dressing...by the tablespoon...to taste!

I never ate it...not to my liking! But I do remember everyone we knew always wanted her to bring it to the gatherings and office parties!!!
