Strawberry Ice Cream:
5 cups milk 1 14 oz. can condensed milk 1 cup sugar 1 5 oz. can evaporated milk 1 pt. whipping cream 3 Tbsp. vanilla 3 cups mashed strawberries, sweetened to taste.
Directions: Mix all ingredients together and place in ice cream churn. Freeze according to directions.

Homemade Ice Cream 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 large can evaporated milk 1/4 tsp salt 2 Tbsp vanilla extract Fruit (add here if desired) Break and beat eggs well in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients, beating well. Pourmixture into freezer can and continue adding milk or hi-protein 2% milk, as desired, unti lmixture is 2 to 4 inches from the top of the freezer can. Mix throughly. Freeze !! Hint: If freezer stops or hangs, add about 1/2 cup or so of water to aid in thawing, enoughso it begins to turn freely. *About 4 cups of sweetened fresh fruit (your choice) may be added and mixed in prior to adding the regular milk.
Peaches & Cream
2 cups sugar 1/4 cup cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon salt 4 cups milk 4 eggs, beaten 2 tablespoons vanilla 4 cups whipping cream 2 1/2 cups crushed or pureed peaches, sweetened to taste
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in top of double boiler; gradually blend in milk. Cook over hot water, stirring occasionally, for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until thickened. Stir a small amount of the hot mixture into the beaten eggs, then return egg mixture to pan with remaining hot mixture. Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes, until it is about as thick as pudding. Chill thoroughly, about 3 hours. Stir vanilla and cream into the chilled mixture. Pour into a 1-gallon ice cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Remove dasher and stir in crushed or pureed sweetened peaches; repack ice cream freezer with 1 part rock salt to 6 parts crushed ice and let ripen for 2 hours.

I don't have one yet but am getting one soon. I borrowed one from a friend to use tomorrow for a birthday party. I am a little worried cus theres a million recipes online and I wanted to get a simple one that hopefully I won't screw up. I guess thats another good question,, what is a good brand to purchase?

I need an easy recipe for making homemade strawberry ice cream in an electric ice cream maker. I've never done this before so I'm a little worried about messing it up. Any recipes and or tips or suggestions?
