Oh ladies, and men! You don't know what you are missing! I've eaten everything she has listed on here except the pecan pies (which I don't eat anywhere ... anytime!), and they are to DIE for! You won't go wrong by asking her to do a cake for you! I think some are her grandmother's recipes! We know how old timey grandma's cook! These would be well worth the price!

No, I do not use fresh coconut. I use frozen and a sour cream mixture and cool whip icing. VERY GOOD & MOIST!
