ground beef browned and drained. If you drain in colander in the sink and then rinse with hot water, you can remove more fat.

add, sloppy jo mix and a little water, salsa, ketchup, chili powder, black pepper and simmer

Onions are great, too unless you have to leave them out because your son won't eat them

3 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1/4 cup chilli powder
1 large can crushed tomatoes
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 can tomato soup
Brown beef and onion, salt while frying if desired, drain. Add all ingredients in saucepan. Simmer about 30 minutes, taste, can add more chilli powder or worchestershire sauce if needed. Can be used for hot dogs, over nachos topped with cheese or over spaghetti.

you may need more tomato

4. Hot Dog Chili
3 lbs lean ground beef
2-3 cups water

2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 T. chili sauce

Cook the ground beef (LEAN!!) onion and water until the beef
is done (no longer pink). Drain off the water and fat. Stir in

I like to use chili sauce (hunts or heinz) rather than catsup.
