cowboy, that is a pretty easy recipe. i would add ***in, and start with a mirepoix of finely chopped celery, onions, carrots and green and red bell peppers. i use fresh corn cut off the cob and finish with avocado slices...slurp!

Taco soup is good!!

My favorite soups are Cheesy Potato, Clam Chowder and Tomato Basil. I've never had homemade clam chowder, but I bet it's awesome.

A Guatemalan friend told me to go to the flea market in Morganton on Saturday morning and try a bowl they make there. Soon as I get a free weekend, Ill give it a go. I watch too much bizarre foods, I like trying odd things. Since Ive learned to make beef tongue tacos at home, I never order them at Monte's anymore.

Homemade soup tomorrow for us.

rh, you're of hispanic descent, right? Do you like menudo? I tried it for the first time a while back and didnt care much for it. But it was the canned stuff, a friend said home made is completely different.
