1/4 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon fried chicken seasoning mix

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon pepper

mix all ingrediants in a shaker bag. wash taters and cut into wedges. Put in bag and shake to coat them well. Melt 1 stick of margarine/butter. Single layer taters in a baking dish and drizzle margarine/butter over taters and bake @ 400degrees 35-40 minutes.
