beef roast (shredded) sound too good. Do you add water to beef roast?? if so how much water or what? I guess I can try to use beef roast instead of ground beef. i would use tomatoes with basil. Thank all of you for helped me out. I appreciate this very much.

You might want to try using about half of a beef roast (shredded) that's been cooked in a crockpot, and a cup or so of the broth. Also you could use a large can of Romano's crushed tomatoes with basil in place of some of the diced tomatoes.

oh darn, i did forgot to add white rice to my recipe. I use one cup of cooked rice. No way I aint add potatoes because it have high sodium and natural sweet. Corn is good enough because it have natural sweet in it.

Knorr brand powdered beef boullion is far better than the cube kind. They have it at Save A Lot in the hispanic food section. Since I discovered it I don't ever buy the cubes anymore. I always use it in my soup.

I agree w/t Bushman, red & black pepper. This sounds alot like the recipe for goulash that my Mom used to make - try eating w/t cornbread.

Add
1 chopped Green Pepper ( for the bite of pepper)
Fresh ground Black Pepper ( It's just Good)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (Goes great with Cabbage)
1 can of Tomato paste ( To make it smooth and creamer)

Name it Country Style Beef-n-Cabbage Soup

You could add a can of tomato soup, black pepper, and some basil.

And you could call it Rebel Vegetable Beef Soup
