Hard boiled eggs

I find just addin a pinch of salt to the water helps tremendously.

When you are ready to peel them, crack the shell at several places and put the eggs back in cold water for a few minutes. (I usually smack them on the counter top a time or two). I don't know how this works, but it has always done the trick for me.

This means your eggs are super fresh. Keep a stash back after you buy. If they are fresh wait a week or two and notice the difference in peeling.

Add some white vinegar to your water when you boil the eggs

PUT EGGS INTO A POT FILL WITH WATER..PUT ON BURNER, WAIT UNTIL EGGS START TO BOIL.

TAKE OFF PUT LID ON POT LET SET FOR 20 MINUETS...

I am having a hard time with boiling eggs.. I know its silly but everytime I make them the shell sticks and I cant get it off well. Is there a trick with this or what?
