ranch burgers good but i think they are best off the grill (this mite only be in my mind tho everything tastes good when your in good weather and can grill out) anywayz 1-2 pounds of hamburger depend on how many you are cooking for 1- packet of the dry hidden valley ranch seasoning 1--2 pounds of shredded sharp cheddar(depends on how much meat used) put in a large bowl and mix the meat,seasoning,and cheese all together ...patty out your meat and cook till done...top off with deli sliced american cheese or provalone, add toppings of your liking and enjoy...mmm good to me

this is called junk but try it its good
1 lb ground beef 2 cans chili beans 2 cans of chef boy rdee spaghetti
brown ground beef ( add onions and green peppers if desired) mix all together in large pot and simmer for 20 minutes on med heat

1 pound hamburger 1 egg 1 cup white rice 1 cap full of yellow lid Mrs. Dash 1 jar/can of your favorite spaghetti sauce 3 medium bell peppers, Halved, and seeded
Mix first 4 ingrediants, shape into 6 fairly even balls, stuff peppers and place in 9X11 pyrex or other baking dish, cover evenly with your spaghetti sauce and bake 45 minuets on 350. Serve with shreaded cheese if desired, and garlic toast

Taco Bake
1 pkg Kraft deluxe macaronie & cheese dinner (the creamy stuff) 1 pound ground beef (or turkey) 1 pkg taco seasoning mix 3/4 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup salsa
Make mac & cheese normally. brown burger, drain. add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water to meat; simmer 5 min. Stir sour cream into prepared mac n cheese. Spoon half of it into an 8x8 baking dish; top with layers of meat mixture, 1 cup of cheese, and remaining mac n cheese. Cover and bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Top with salsa and remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes.

Beef Noodle Paprikash 1 lb ground beef 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 cup chopped onions 1 cup chopped green peppers 3 tablespoons paprika 1/2 teaspoon thyme 3 1/2 cups beef broth 8 ounces medium egg noodles 3/4 cup sour cream 1 tablespoon flour In dutch oven, brown beef with garlic, onions, and green pepper. Cook and stir until beef is done, drain off excess fat. Stir in paprika and thyme. Add broth and noodles; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 mins, stirring occ. Mix sour cream with flour; stir into noodle mixture. Simmer for 3 more mins, stirring until thickened. Salisbury Steak For Two 1 egg 1 slice bread, torn into small pieces 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion 1/2 lb. ground beef 2 tsp. vegetable oil, optional 1 can golden mushroom or cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 1/2 cup water 1 jar (4-1/2-oz.) whole mushrooms, drained, or 3/4 cup sliced fresh Directions Combine egg, bread and onion; crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 2 patties. Brown patties on both sides. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over patties. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until meat is no longer pink.

Blue Cheese Stuffed Hamburgers 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese 3 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon country-style Dijon mustard 4 onion buns 1 ½ cups fresh mushrooms, sliced ¼" thick 2 medium onions, sliced 1/8" thick 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 4 slices ripe tomato
In medium bowl stir together ground beef, ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Form into 8 large ¼" thick patties. In small bowl stir together blue cheese, cream cheese and mustard. Place about 2 tablespoons cheese mixture on top of each of 4 patties. Top each with remaining meat patty. Press around edges to seal. Place hamburgers in 10" skillet. Cook over medium heat, turning once, until desired doneness (12 to 15 minutes for medium). Place hamburgers on buns. In same skillet with drippings place mushrooms and onions; add ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until tender (4 to 5 minutes). Meanwhile, place tomato slice on each hamburger; top with grilled mushrooms and onions. Smokehouse Burgers 1 lb. ground beef 1/4 cup Barbecue Sauce 1 medium red onion, cut into 4 slices 1/4 cup Zesty Italian Dressing, divided 4 Cheese Singles 4 lettuce leaves 4 slices tomato (about 1 medium) 4 hamburger buns, split, grilled PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Mix meat and barbecue sauce; shape into four patties. Brush onion slices with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing. GRILL patties and onions 5 min. on each side or until patties are cooked through (160°F) and onions are tender, brushing onions occasionally with remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing. Top each patty with Singles; grill an additional 1 to 2 min. or until Singles begin to melt. PLACE 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice and burger on bottom half of each bun. Cover with onions and tops of buns.

I am wanting some hamburger recipes...
Tired of hamburger helper, hamburgers & chili but had a good deal on hamburger and have some in the freezer still! :)
